钢框架栓焊节点受力分析

摘    要:钢结构的抗震设计是一个极其重要的课题,美国北岭地震和日本阪神地震中钢框架节点破坏的严重程度引起了人们对于过去一直沿用的节点设计方法的疑问,梁翼缘的实际受力状态与规范沿用的设计假设不符。通过对钢支架刚性节点的计算和试验分析,提出了在设计时应考虑由于梁腹板剪应力的释放而导致梁翼缘承担了剪应力的不利影响。

Abstract:Steel structure is a crucial subject in the earthquake resistance design.The severity of steel frame node damage during the U.S.Northridge Earthquake and Japan Hyogoken-Nanbu Earthquake has led to questions over the node design method which has always been used in the past.The actual stress condition of the beam flange does not match the design assumptions in the code.Through calculation and experimental analysis of the rigid nodes of steel support,it is proposed that the adverse impact of beam web plate shearing stress release on the shearing stress imposed on the beam flange should be considered during the design phase.
