钼掺杂五氧化二钒纳米带的制备及表征

摘    要:分别以金属Mo粉为钼源、V2O5为钒源和以MoO3为钼源、NH4VO3为钒源,通过低温水热法合成了不同形貌的钼掺杂V2O5纳米结构。用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)对产物进行表征。结果表明,反应产物均为正交V2O5纳米带,且纳米带的尺寸均匀,宽度100~400 nm,厚度10~40 nm,长度可达到几十微米。研究还发现它们的掺杂量是不同的,分别为3%和2.1%。

Abstract:Different morphologies of Mo-doped V2O5 nanostructures are synthesized by a low temperature hydrothermal method using Mo powder as molybdenum source,V2O5 as vanadium source and MoO3 as molybdenum source,NH4VO3 as vanadium source respectively.The products are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The result shows that the as-prepared products are composed of orthogonal V2O5 nanobelts with uniform sizes.The nanobelts are 100—400 nm in width,10—40 nm in thickness and several tens of micrometres in length.It is found that the morphology of the as-prepared product and dopant concentration are 3% and 2.1% respectively if using different precursor in the same hydrothermal environment.
