摘    要:土木工程智能健康监测与诊断系统由传感元件、信号采集、信号传输与处理、健康诊断与安全评估、结果输出等部分构成。引入智能传感器、信息融合、故障诊断、结构损伤探测理论等对结构健康监测与诊断系统进行探讨 ,最后指出必须解决的关键问题与存在的困难 ,指明其广阔的应用前景

Abstract:Civil engnieering system of smart health monitoring and diagnosis consists of sensing device, signal acquisition, data transfer and disposal, health diagnosis and safety evaluation, and results output. Each part of the system is given by importing the theory of smart sensor, signal fusion, fault diagnosis, damage detection and so on. Finally, the key questions,existing problems and the brilliant application future are pointed out.
