摘    要:本文就钢水中氧使滑板中的炭氧化,造成滑动面粗糙损毁进行了试验分析。找出了氧含量的分界值,提出了提高滑板使用寿命的措施。

Abstract:The corrosion reason of slide plate is studied and analyzed, and the measure of improving the service life of the plate is discussed in the paper. The results show that oxygen in the molten steel oxidizing the carbon in the plate results in the roughness of the plate surface and the wear of the plate. The oxygen content in the molten steel should be controlled to be lower than 0.009% in order to assure a long service life of the plate.
