| 摘 要： | 转鼓是碟式分离机的关键部件之一,其结构强度是用户十分关心的问题。针对碟式分离机转鼓部件的强度问题进行了研究,提出了考虑预紧力和接触情况的应力计算分析方法,所研究的方法基于ANSYS分析软件进行二次开发来实现。最后通过算例验证了方法和程序的正确性。

| Abstract: | The drum is one of the key components of the disc separators,and its structural strength is getting much attention from consumers.The strength of the disc separator's drum was researched in this paper.An analysis method,which considered the pre-tension and contact cases,was presented,and relative software were developed based on ANSYS.The numerical results showed that the developed method and software were quite well. |
