浇带法制备具有密度梯度的SiC陶瓷骨架

摘    要:通过对SiC料浆稳定性和流变特性的控制条件、SiC薄带的制备工艺、SiC薄带烧结密度的影响因素等研究,采用配制SiC料浆-浇带-剪切压制-无压力烧结工艺,制备出为理论密度50-85%的具有密度梯度的SiC陶瓷骨架,使浇带法制备具有密度梯度的陶瓷骨架,进而制备其组分、结构和性能沿厚度方向呈阶梯变化的功能梯度材料的工艺路线成为可行。

Abstract: The stabilities and rheological behaviors of SiC slips, the techniques for preparation of SiC tapes, and the factors which affect sintered densities of SiC tapes have been studied. Based on the results of above investigations the SiC ceramic skeletons with density gradient from 50% to 85% of theoretical density have been manufactured by the procedures of slip preparation, followed by tape casting, shear lamination and pressureless sintering. It provided the possibility of synthesize ceramic metal functional gradient materials through the technological processes of ceramic skeleton making and liquid metal infiltration.
