| 摘 要： | 用国产 KV45 3B纺丝机 ,VC432 A拉伸机 ,两步法生产 PA6帘子线原丝 ,探索了生产 14 0 0 ,1870 ,2 10 0 dtex 3个品种的纺丝、拉伸工艺条件 ,确定最佳纺丝速度分别为 40 0～ 44 0 m/m in,360～ 380m /min,330～ 35 0 m /min,拉伸倍数分别为 5 .2 5～ 5 .2 8,5 .2 8～ 5 .32 ,5 .36～ 5 .42 ,同时控制好纺丝速度 ,侧吹风温度等工艺条件 ,可生产出质量较好的拉伸丝 ,且产量、消耗均较稳定

| Abstract: | The domestic KV453B spinning machine and VC432 drawing machine were employed to produce PA6 tyre cord yarn by two|step process. The spinning and drawing conditions for 1 400, 1 870, 2 100 dtex yarns were respectively studied. The corresponding process conditions were optimized as: spinning velocity of 400~440 m/min , 360~380 m/min , 330~350 m/min , draw ratio of 5 25~5 28, 5 28~5 32, 5 36~5 42. Meanwhile, the well|controlled process conditions, such as spinning velocity and quenching air temperature etc., ensured the resulted drawn yarn with fairly good quality and stable output and consumption. |
