高温空气燃烧技术在金属镁还原炉上的应用探讨

摘    要:传统金属镁还原炉排烟温度很高,热量浪费严重,造成能耗居高不下。分析了传统金属镁还原炉的问题所在,利用近年来发展起来的高温空气燃烧技术,设计开发了新型蓄热式金属镁还原炉。对炉内流场的数值模拟证明了该新型还原炉在流场组织、温度场均匀性以及强化金属镁的还原过程等方面具有明显的优势。

Abstract:The high temperature of waste gas causes low energy efficiency and remarkably high fuel consumption in the conventional magnesium deoxidizing furnace, and some defaults and reasons are analyzed. A new regenerative magnesium deoxidizing has been designed by utilizing the technology of high temperature combustion technology, which has been developed in the recent years. Numerical simulation of flow field shows the new furnace has the advantages of reasonable flow organization, homogeneous temperature profile and magnesium deoxidizing enhancement.
