Effectiveness Evaluation of Operationally Responsive Launch Vehicle

Through the analysis of the active profile used by the operationally response solid launch vehicle,evaluation index system is established.The improved exponential model and analytic hierarchy process theory are used as the technical research scheme.A certain type of"operationally response"carrier rocket is used as an example.The analysis result accords with the objective state of equipment practice.The correctness of the construction method of the index system of the operationally response launch vehicle and the applicability of the comprehensive evaluation model are verified.It has certain guiding significance for improving the actual capability of operationally response rocket.
