摘    要:爆炸分离装置分离过程仿真需考虑材料破坏过程,将材料本构关系由弹塑性扩展至渐进式损伤断裂模型.为了模拟爆炸分离过程中各组件损伤破坏进程,首先将金属材料动态损伤本构引入Abaqus有限元分析平台,然后建立爆炸分离装置有限元分析模型,开展爆炸分离过程中各组件损伤破坏进程的精确模拟,复现地面试验情况,确定设计薄弱环节,预示结果...

Abstract:The material failure process should be considered in the separation process simulation of explosive separation device,and the material constitutive relation should be extended from elastic-plastic to progressive damage fracture model in this process.Firstly,the dynamic damage constitutive of metallic materials is studied.Secondly,the damage constitutive generator is developed in abaqus platform.Finally,the finite element analysis method based on the elasto-plastic damage constitutive model is used to reproduce the ground test of the explosive separation device and determine the weak points in the design,which provides a reference for the follow-up similar product design and dynamic damage simulation process.
