摘    要:分析了SO_2主风机电机驱动改汽轮机驱动的优点和技术可行性。通过严格工程管理和合理安排施工进度,瓮福(集团)有限责任公司磷肥厂2套400 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置SO_2主风机电机驱动改汽轮机驱动项目一次试车成功,改造后风机运行平稳,各项工艺指标达到设计值,节能效果明显,2台SO_2主风机可节电1.146×10~7kW·h/a。

Abstract:The advantages and technical feasibility of changing SO2 main blowers driver form motor to steam tur- bine in Wengfu Group Phosphate Fertilizer Plant's two 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants are discussed. The project successfully passed its trial run because of strict project management and rational arrangement of con- struction schedule. SO2 blowers run stably and every operation index reached design value, with significant ener- gy savings of 1. 146 × 10^7 kW · h/a for two SO2 blowers.
