碳纤维表面的电聚合改性研究

摘    要:本文用循环伏安法,测定了几种烯类单体水溶液体系在碳纤维表面的伏-安曲线,选出了各自相应的最佳聚合电位。以碳纤维为电极,在最佳电位下,进行了上述溶液体系的间断法和连续法电聚合作业。使用扫描电镜,对碳纤维表面电聚合涂层的形貌、厚度进了研究。测定了经电聚合处理后的碳纤维的单丝拉伸强度、拉伸模量以及断裂伸长率的变化。用上述方法处理过的碳纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料,层剪强度有了大幅度提高,冲击强度也有了明显改善。

Abstract:A three compartment rectangular flow cell was used for studying the cyclic voltammograms of several vinyl monomers in aqueous solutions. The best potential for electropolymerization was determined. Electropolymerizations were conducted using batch cell and continuous apparatus. The appearance and the thickness of electropolymerization coatings were examined using scanning electron microscopy. The tensile strength, tensile modulus and elongation at break of filament from these coated fibers were examined. The impact and interlaminar shear strength of composites from these coated fibers and an epoxy resin were examined. The composites showed simultaneous improvement in impact and interlaminar shear strength obviously.
