摘    要:为了预测单发电火工品的感度性能,研究了试验数据的处理方法。在方差分析的基础上选取电火工品的温升、升温常数及集总热散失系数等3个热参数作为特征量,采用马氏距离作为相似性度量,基于改进的距离判别分析法,给出了一个新的感度性能指标。结果表明:该感度性能指标预测值高的电火工品感度较高。

Predicted Method of Firing Sensitivity of Electric Explosive Device Based on Improved Distance Discriminant Analysis Method

Abstract:A data processing method to predict the firing sensitivity of the electric explosive device was studied. The analysis of variance of the electric-thermal parameters was done. The standard Mahalanobis distance discriminant analysis method was improved, the temperature rise, the temperature rise coefficient and the heat loss coefficient were chosen as the eigenvector, and a firing sensitivity measurement was de- fined. The result shows that the electric explosive devices with the larger predicted measurement have the large firing probability. The method can be used to predict firing sensitivity of the electric explosive device.
