醋酐生产装置职业病危害因素检测及防护对策

摘    要:为了解醋酐生产装置主要职业病危害因素的存在情况,并为保护劳动者的身体健康提供依据,我们分析了醋酐生产装置正常运行时可能存在的职业病危害因素,并对醋酐生产装置依据国家有关职业病危害因素的检测标准进行了检测。结果表明:化学毒物的时间加权浓度、短时间接触浓度和超限倍数等均未超过国家职业卫生标准。

Abstract:In order to provide analysis evidence for protection of workers' health, it's necessary to evaluate the presence of primary occupational hazards in acetic anhydride device. We had analyzed the occupational hazard factors that may exist in normal operation. The acetic anhydride device was tested according to national testing standards which related to the occupational hazard factors. The results shown that the time weighted average concentration, the short term exposure concentration, and the excursion limits of chemical hazardous agents were all in the allowable range of national occupational health standards.
