| 摘 要： | 本文对阻燃剂2,2-二(溴甲基)-1,3-二(2-溴丙基-2-氯丙基)磷酸酯]丙烷的合成进行了研究。以季戊四醇和三氯化磷为原料,通过酯化、溴化和开环缩合反应合成题目化合物。为提高最后一步反应的产率,采用均匀设计法进行实验设计。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the technology for synthesis of 2, 2-bis(bromomethyl)-1,3-bis(2-bromo-propyl-2-chloropropyl) phosphate] propane flame retardant has been studied.The synthesis of the titled compound from pentaerythirtol and phosphorous trichloride was studied.The titled compound is prepared by way of three reactions:esterification, bromination, ring opening and condensation.A new experiment design method homogeneous design is utilized in order to raise the final step yield. |
