薄煤层综采刮板输送机的设计

目前在用的薄煤层综采刮板输送机多为中厚煤层综采刮板机的改型产品,在使用过程中故障多,维修率高,机头、机尾处留有"三角煤",人工处理费时费力。根据薄煤层综采工作面作业空间狭小的特点,设计了平机头刮板输送机。将刮板输送机的平机头、机尾布置在低于工作面的巷道内,将平机头(机尾)和过渡槽的中板与中部槽的中板设计在同一平面上,减少了刮板链的运行阻力,提高了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性,解决了综采过程中的"三角煤"问题。实践证明,平机头刮板输送机适用于薄煤层综采工作面工况。

Design of fully-mechanized scraper conveyor used on thin coal seam

Nowadays most fully-mechanized scraper conveyors used on thin coal seam are the smaller version of the one used on thick coal seam. Since there are much fault, high repair ratio and residual triangle-shaped coal in head and tail zone during operation, time and labor waste while manual disposal. In view of narrow working space on the fully-mechanized working face of thin coal seam, the flat-head scraper conveyor was designed. The flat-head and the tail of the scraper conveyor were laid in the laneway below the working face, in addition, the flat-head (tail) and the medium plate of transition groove were laid on the same plane with the medium plate of middle groove, thus the operating resistance of the scraping chain reduced, the stability and the reliability of the scraper conveyor enhanced, and the residual triangle-shaped coal was avoided. Practice showed the flat-head scraper conveyor was suitable for the working condition of the fully-mechanized working face of the thin coal seam.
