| 摘 要： | 为解决落地式多绳摩擦式提升机天轮轴瓦现有润滑方式可靠性与安全性较低,且占用提升设备正常运转时间的问题,提出利用天轮主轴中心油道输送油脂自动加油的方案。从理论上分析了该自动润滑方式的可行性,对落地式多绳摩擦式提升机天轮装置自动润滑方式的选择具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In view of low reliability and safety of current lubrication mode for the axle bush of the head sheave of the floored multi-rope friction hoist and occupancy of normal operation duration of the hoist, the scheme of automatic lubrication applying the central channel of the spindle of the head sheave to deliver grease was proposed. The feasibility of the lubrication mode was analyzed theoretically. It was of guidance significance for the automatic lubrication mode of the head sheave of the floored multi-rope friction hoist. |
