摘    要:以电传动卷扬机二级齿轮减速器为研究对象,以低速级两啮合齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度为目标,同时实现减速器轻量化,建立以齿轮模数、齿宽、齿数为设计变量,以齿轮强度作为约束条件的多目标优化设计数学模型。运用MATLAB软件中fgoalattain函数对设计变量进行数值优化。优化结果表明:两齿轮齿根弯曲应力差从77.5MPa降低为5.41MPa,使得结构更加合理;质量减少了约31.6%,实现了轻量化。

Abstract:Taking the two-stage gear reducer of a electric winch as the study objective, and the bending fatigue strength of the root of the two low-speed meshing gears as the optimization target, as well as in order to reduce the mass of the reducer, the paper established the multi-objective optimization design mathematical model with the gear module, tooth width and tooth number as the design variables as well as the gear strength as the constraint condition. In addition, fgoalattain function of MATLAB software was applied to conduct numerical optimization of the design variables. The optimization results showed: the bending stress of the root of the two gears reduced from 77.5 MPa to 5.41 MPa, which made the structure more reasonable;the mass of the reducer decreased by 31.6%, the goal of mass reduction was reached.
