贵州某高碳镍钼矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对贵州遵义某高碳镍钼矿工艺矿物学特征,采用"易浮镍钼矿物粗选-混浮镍钼粗精矿精选-混浮尾矿难选镍钼矿物浮选"的工艺流程回收镍、钼。优先浮选过程采用RBP实现了对难浮的胶硫钼矿的高效回收,同时开发出高分子有机抑制剂DJC(改性磺化木质素)抑制易浮脉石和炭质物。全流程闭路试验获得总精矿含Ni 3.10%、Mo 5.27%,Ni回收率为70.80%,Mo回收率为67.93%,大幅降低了后续镍钼冶炼的成本。

Abstract:According to the mineralogical characteristics of a high-carbon nickel-molybdenum ore from Zunyi of Guizhou, the process flow was applied to recover nickel and molybdenum, which involved crude flotation of easy-floating nickel-molybdenum mineral, mixed flotation of crude nickel-molybdenum concentrate for cleaning, and then mixed floatation of refractory nickel-molybdenum mineral from tailings in sequence. In addition, the application of RBP during preferential flotation realized efficient recovery of refractory jordisite, and a highmolecular organic inhibitor DJC (modified sulfonated lignin) was developed to inhibit the easy-floating gangue and carbonaceous matter. After the whole closed-circuit test, the concentrate with 3.10% of Ni, 5.27% of Mo, Ni recovery of 70.80% and Mo recovery of 67.93% was obtained, which greatly reduced the cost of subsequent nickelmolybdenum smelting.
