特大型煤矿千米深井副立井提升系统研究

摘    要:核桃峪煤矿副立井提升系统设计装备φ6.2 m落地式摩擦轮提升机,是目前国内煤炭矿井应用最大的副立井落地式多绳摩擦提升系统.结合该煤矿副立井的设计建设情况,对井深达到1000 m左右,井下辅助运输采用矿用防爆无轨胶轮车的特大型矿井的副立井提升系统设计选型进行了系统论述,可为建设相似条件的同类型特大矿井的副立井提升系统提供一定的借鉴.

Abstract:φ6.2 m floor multi-rope friction hoist was equipped into the hoisting system of the auxiliary shaft of Hetaoyu Colliery. It is the largest floor multi-rope friction hoisting system applied to the auxiliary shaft of domestic collieries. Based on the design and construction of the auxiliary shaft of Hetaoyu colliery, the paper discussed the design sizing of the hoisting system in the auxiliary shaft of the super-large colliery where mineused explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicles were applied to auxiliary underground transportation,which offered reference for the design of the hoisting system in the auxiliary shaft of the super-large colliery with the same condition.
