摘    要:实行"多碎少磨"原则,适当降低球磨机的给料粒度,可以降低磨矿作业的能耗和钢耗,提高碎磨系统的处理能力。基于碎磨能耗理论,阐述了降低给料粒度对磨矿效率的影响,探讨了最佳球磨给料粒度的计算方法,并结合选矿厂生产实践,介绍了降低球磨给料粒度相关技术措施。

Abstract:According to the principle of more crushing and less grinding, appropriately reducing feeding size of the ball mill was conductive to reducing the energy consumption and steel consumption of the grinding operation as well as improving the throughput of the crushing and grinding system. Based on the theory of crushing and grinding energy consumption, the paper narrated the influence of reducing the feeding size on the grinding efficiency, and discussed the methods of calculating the optimal feeding size of the ball mill. In combination with production practice in concentrators, it also introduced the technical measures to reduce the feeding size of the ball mill.
