飞车重型单侧移动布料车的设计

根据尾矿及废石的处理工艺,设计了飞车重型单侧移动布料车。将该设备与移置带式输送机相结合,悬臂输送机的设计显著减少了移置式输送机的移置次数,减小了占用空间,降低了运行成本,提高了使用效率,适应矿山复杂的地势环境和布料需求。对主要零部件进行仿真分析,找出部件的主要受力大小、分布和变形状态,进行合理的选材,最大限度降低制造成本。

Design of heavy single-side tripper car with wings

According to the treatment technology of tailings and gangue, a kind of heavy single-side tripper car with wings was designed. The car was combined with the movable belt conveyor, and the design of the cantilever conveyor significantly reduced the moving frequency of the movable belt conveyor, decreased the occupied space, lowered the operation cost and enhanced the service efficiency, which resulted in the adaptability of complicated geographical environment in mine and material distribution demand. In addition,the simulation and analysis on the main parts were conducted, and the magnitude, distribution and of main stress as well as displacement status of the main parts were identified, so as to determine reasonable material and minimize the manufacturing cost as much as possible.
