介绍了A－21PVC糊树脂的生产工艺特点：（1）单体、纯水经预热再与助剂混合后进入聚合釜；（2）采用管道混合器进行混合；（3）采用二段加压式均化器（MS45－2TPS型）；（4）直接加入占总加入量24％的单体；（5）采用微机程化控制连续加料；（6）采用后升温工艺；（7）采用釜顶回流冷凝器。并总结了生产中存在的问题、改进措施和取得的效果。

The production technology of A- 21 PVC paste resin

Characteristics of A-21 PVC paste resin production process are introduced ,which involve the following aspects:(1)preheated VCM and water are mixed with additives first,and then the mixture is put into the polymerizer;(2)the mixing operation is performed in pipeline mixer;(3)two-stage pressure homogenizer MS45-2TPS is adopted;(4)24% of the total amount of needed VCM is added to polymerizer directly;(5)raw materials are supplied continuously under the control of computer;(6)after-heating process is used;and (7)there is a reflux condenser at the top of polymerizer.Problems existing in production and improving measures as well as their results are summarized.
