高负荷好氧生物法处理味精废水试验研究

摘    要:采用高效集成反应器(HCR)处理人工味精废水,在进水ρ(CODcx)为200至超过10000mg/L,CODcr的容积负荷高达60-90kg/(m^3.d)的情况下,COD的去除率>80%,TOC的去除率>90%;废水中SO4^2-离子浓度高达14850mg/L时,对HCR的处理效果并没有明显不利影响;试验中剩余污泥的净产泥系数为0.4379,略低于一般的好氧生物处理工艺。

Abstract:The high performance compact reactor has been applied to treat the synthetic monosodium glutamate wastewater in the laboratory. When the ρ(CODCr) of inflow is from 2 000 to more than 10 000 mg/L and when its volumetric load of CODCr is up to 60 kg/(m3*d), even to 90 kg/m3*d,the removal rate of CODCr is still above 80% and more than 90% for TOC.When the concentration of SO2-4 ions is up to 14 850 mg/L,the efficiency treating the wastewater is not affected obviously in HCR process. The coefficient of producing surplus sewage sludge is 0.437 9 in this experiment, which is a little lower than that of the other aerobic process.
