摘    要:本文以桔子罐头的加工设备、生产工艺着手。经多次试验,找出了桔片硬度的影响因素,从而解决了一直以来因硬度而影响桔罐形态的问题。

Abstract:In this paper,by many experiments of the produce equipment and the production technique, the factors which enfluenee to orange segment hard of orange canned are found. It works out the problem which have influenced upon the orange canned shape because of orange segment hard ever since then.
