摘    要:提供了一种4-溴-2,6-二氟-三氟甲氧基苯的合成方法,以3,4,5-三氟溴苯为原料,依次经过取代反应、脱烷基化反应、三氟甲基化反应,最终制得目标产物4-溴-2,6-二氟-三氟甲氧基苯。本合成方法具有合成过程简化、工艺合理、步骤较短、目标产物收率高、整个合成工艺路线成本低、有利于工业化大规模生产等优点。因此,本合成方法适合大量制备目标化合物。

Abstract:A synthetic method of 4- bromo-2,6- two f- three difluoro methoxy benzene was provided using 3,4,5- three fluorine bromine as raw material through substitution reaction,dealkylation reaction,three difluoromethylation reaction,finally the target product 4-bromo-2,6- two fluorine bromine difluoro methoxy- three benzene was got. This method had the characteristics which were the synthetic process was simplified,synthetic technology was reasonable,synthetic steps were shorter,the yield of target product was high,the cost was low,the synthetic process was conducive to large-scale industrial production etc.. Therefore,the synthesis method was suitable for large scale preparation of target compounds.
