| 摘 要： | 浇注是现代化铸造生产中十分重要的方法和工艺过程。针对现有自动浇注系统的局限性，通过对浇注操作知识进行探讨，采用以单片机为核心的自动控制浇注系统，较好地解决了现代浇注过程中存在的问题，达到了工艺要求。采用了运算精度高的8051系列单片Ⅲ机对信号进行处理，并发出控制动作信号，通过控制系统完成整个系统的浇泣过程。

| Abstract: | Casting is a very important technique and processes in modern casting. Aimed at the limitations existing in the current automatic casting system, and through discussing the operational knowledge of pouring and taking MCU as the core of automatic casting system, the new design method overcame the problems of the old pouring process and achieved the requests of process. The control system used a high precision computation of the 8051 series MCUEl3 to process signal and sent control action signals to operate the entire system to complete the process of casting through the control system. |
