| 摘 要： | 搓牙是螺栓、螺钉类外螺纹紧固件产品生产过程中非常基本而且重要的一种获得外螺纹的方法。本文将以Deform金属塑性成形有限元模拟软件为基础,详细介绍如何利用有限元计算机辅助模拟分析软件,对螺纹搓牙这一生产过程进行数值模拟分析,并详细剖析实现这一过程的有限元模拟方法及其理论基础。
