螺旋磁场对金属凝固过程中成分偏析的影响

摘    要:通过模拟钢连铸金属凝固的条件,以低熔点合金为研究对象,分析了螺旋磁场对凝固组织的影响。发现螺旋磁场能够消除成分偏析、碎断枝晶和细化凝固组织。同时,对比研究了不同磁场方式对凝固组织的影响。在相同电磁搅拌参数下,螺旋磁场比旋转磁场更能减小铸锭上下部成分之间的差异并细化晶粒,对促进铸锭成分均匀化有更好的效果;螺旋磁场电磁力分布更有利于形成较大区域的均匀搅拌,对形成等轴晶有明显的促进作用,且晶粒排列的方向性比旋转磁场处理下的更小,即各向同性效果更好。

Abstract:Effects of spiral magnetic field on solidification structure of the continuous casting low point alloy were investigated. It is found that the spiral magnetic field can effectively relieve the macro-segregation and cause the broke of dendrite and refinement of solidification structure. Meanwhile, effects of different magnetic fields on solidification structure were analyzed comparatively.
