| 摘 要： | 本文中对单模与三模冗余(TMR)方式进行了比较。讨论了模块可修复性和附加备用模块对TMR系统可靠度(表示在规定条件下任务的成功概率,它是定量指标)的影响。进一步分析了实现冗余所在的级别对可靠度的影响,通过计算验证了改善存储器可靠性的措施。最后,列出了10种不同冗余结构的微机系统的评估数据。

| Abstract: | The comparison between TMR and simplex system is introduced Influences of repairable modules and additional spare modules on the reliability of TMR system are discussed. Levels of implementing redundance are analyzed in detail. Strategies of improving reliability of memory system are worked out. Finally, evaluations of various redundant structures of microcomputer systems are listed. |
