自适应PSO-LADRC的永磁同步电机转速控制

摘    要:为提升永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)伺服系统的动态响应与抗扰动能力,提出一种基于自适应粒子群(APSO)的双闭环线性自抗扰控制(APSO-LADRC)策略。首先,通过分析PMSM转速与电流运动模型,构建级联形式的转速环、电流环LADRC控制器;其次,针对PSO易陷于局部寻优的缺陷,引入进化速度与聚合度因子构造惯性权值自适应律,从而实现粒子群迭代过程中惯性权重的动态调整以获得更优的寻优效果;最后,选取ITAE指标作为优化目标与约束条件,并以此实现双闭环LADRC控制参数的自主寻优。开展的系列仿真结果均表明,该方法能够有效提升PMSM伺服系统的控制品质,并解决人工参数整定困难的问题。

Abstract:A double closed loop linear active disturbance rejection control (APSO-LADRC) based on an adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) is proposed in this paper, in order to improve the dynamic response and anti-disturbance capability of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system. First, according to the PMSM speed and current motion model, a cascading speed loop and current loop LADRC controller was proposed. Secondly, to solve the defect that PSO is easily trapped in local optimization, the aggregation degree and evolution speed are introduced to construct the inertia weight adaptive law, which can realize the dynamic optimization adjustment of inertia weight in particle swarm iteration to obtain better optimization performance. Finally, the ITAE is selected as the optimization target and constraint conditions, and the independent optimization of the control parameters of the double-loop LADRC is realized by its. The series of simulation results carried out show that APSO-LADRC can effectively improve the control performance of the PMSM servo system, and solve the difficulty of manual parameter setting.
