摘    要:在复杂直流电网系统中,直流线路数目的不断增长给潮流控制技术带来了新的挑战。为提高系统灵活性和可控性,满足多目标潮流调控需求,需要寻求多控制自由度的新型直流潮流控制器。通过对潮流控制能力进行建模和量化分析,发现三线间直流潮流控制器具备双控制自由度的潜力。在此基础上,提出了一种新型三线间直流潮流控制器拓扑,设计了工作原理和双目标控制策略,从而实现双自由度潮流控制。仿真案例结果均有效验证了所提出的新型潮流控制器各类潮流控制特性。

Abstract:In complex DC grids, the increasing number of DC lines brings new challenges to the technologies of power flow control. In order to improve flexibility and controllability of the system, it is necessary to seek novel DC power flow controllers with multiple control freedom functions, by which the multi-target control capability of power flow can be obtained. By modelling and quantitative analysis of control capability for power flow, the triple interline DC power flow controller(TI-DCPFC)has been found to have the potential of dual-freedom control. Furthermore, a novel topology of TI-DCPFC is proposed, and the corresponding operation principle and bi-objective control strategy are designed to achieve dual-freedom power flow control. Results of simulation case verify control features of different kinds of power flows for the proposed novel power flow controller.
