摘    要:随着海上用风力发电装机容量的不断增加,大功率永磁风力发电机正成为各国的研发热点。本文针对海上用大功率半直驱永磁风力发电机,进行了电磁设计,并对设计参数进行了详细的分析,包括空载特性、齿槽转矩、负载特性、损耗特性等。同时,针对大功率风力发电机相间突发短故障状态进行了研究,对突发一相短路、两相短路、三相短路下的电压、电流以及永磁体磁场强度等特性进行了分析,保证在突发相间短路下,永磁风力发电机的可靠性。基于以上分析,加工了两台9MW的永磁风力发电机,通过样机的对拖实验对理论分析进行了验证,同时证明了该样机具有良好的电磁特性,为海上用大功率永磁风力发电机的设计与发展提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract:As the installed capacity of offshore wind turbines continues to increase, high-power permanent magnet wind turbines are becoming a research and development hotspot in various countries. In this paper, the electromagnetic design of the high-power semi-direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine for offshore use is carried out, and the design parameters are analyzed in detail, including no-load characteristics, cogging torque, load characteristics, loss characteristics. At the same time, the research on the sudden short-term fault failure between phase windings of wind power generator is carried out. The characteristics of voltage, current and magnetic field of permanent magnets under sudden one-phase short circuit, two-phase short circuit and three-phase short circuit are analyzed to ensure reliability of permanent magnet wind turbines. Based on the above analysis, two 9MW permanent magnet wind generators are processed, and the theoretical analysis is verified by the prototype drag test. At the same time, the prototype is proved to have good electromagnetic characteristics. These studies provide a valuable reference for the design and development of offshore high-power permanent magnet wind generators.
