摘    要:双余度永磁同步电机有两个余度单元,具有容错率高、体积小、功率密度大等特点,在航空航天、国防、机器人等领域得到广泛应用。针对双余度电机的多目标优化设计问题,基于其典型工作模式,提出二次田口法迭代的多目标优化设计方法。首先,依据双余度度永磁同步电机的应用需求,确定优化目标参数;在初始设计参数基础上,筛选出对目标优化参数影响大的尺寸参数作为优化因子。其次,首次应用田口法筛选出双余度模式下的准最优参数;进而在单余度模式下再次应用田口法对准最优参数进行二次优化;综合两次优化结果确定最终优化参数。最后,通过有限元仿真分析对优化前后的目标参数变化进行验证分析,证明了所提出方法的有效性,也拓宽了对于该类电机的多目标优化设计思路。

Abstract:The dual-redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motor has two redundant units, which are characterized by high fault tolerance, small volume and high power density. It is widely used in aerospace, national defense, robot and other fields.Aiming at the multi-objective optimization design problem of dual-redundancy motor, based on its typical working mode, a multi-objective optimization design method of the two times Taguchi method was proposed. First of all, according to the application requirements of dual-redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motors, the optimization target parameters were determined. Based on the initial design parameters, the size parameters that have a large impact on the target optimization parameters were selected as optimization factors. Second, the Taguchi method was used for the first time to screen out the quasi-optimal parameters in the dual-redundancy mode. Then in the single-redundancy mode, Taguchi method is applied again to optimize the quasi-optimal parameters. Integrating the two optimization results to determine the final optimization parameters. Finally, through the finite element simulation analysis, the target parameter changes before and after optimization are verified and analyzed. It proves the effectiveness of the proposed method and broadens the multi-objective optimization design ideas for this type of motor.
