容积伺服一体化系统泵控单元传递效率特性

摘    要:电液伺服泵控单元是容积伺服一体化电液系统的重要组成部分,由伺服电机与双向闭式泵集成于一体。电液伺服泵控单元作为整个系统的动力输入与控制单元,其自身的传递效率直接影响了系统的输出效率,所以电液伺服泵控单元的能量传递效率已经成为了衡量该系统性能的一个重要指标。通过建立容积伺服一体化电液系统数学模型,重点分析影响伺服电机与双向闭式泵传递效率的各种能量损耗,得到电液伺服泵控单元效率模型,并对电液伺服泵控单元在不同负载工况下进行了效率特性测试,将为容积伺服一体化电液系统的工程推广应用奠定基础。

Abstract:The electro-hydraulic servo pump control unit is an important part of the volume servo integrated electro-hydraulic system,which is integrated with a servo motor and a two-way closed pump.The electro-hydraulic servo pump control unit is used as the power input and control unit of the entire system,and its own transmission efficiency directly affects the output efficiency of the system.Therefore,the energy transfer efficiency of the electro-hydraulic servo pump control unit has become an important indicator to measure the performance of the system.This paper establishes a mathematical model of a volume servo integrated electro-hydraulic system,focusing on analyzing various energy losses that affect the transmission efficiency of the servo motor and the two-way closed pump,and obtains the efficiency model of the electro-hydraulic servo pump control unit,and compares the electro-hydraulic servo pump control unit.The efficiency characteristics test under different load conditions will lay a foundation for the engineering popularization and application of the volume servo integrated electro-hydraulic system.
