摘    要:为获得伺服电机高精度转子位置信息,文中基于TMS320F28379D的SCI模块设计了硬件接口电路,实现与串行绝对式光电编码器TS5700N8501之间的通信,根据编码器通讯协议,读取编码器应答信号,获得转子位置,并提出一种电机转向判断及转速计算的方法。实验结果表明,设计的电路可靠,软件算法可行,可以正确检测电机的转子位置、转向及转速信息,数据实时性好,满足伺服电机控制的需求。

Abstract:In order to obtain high-precision rotor position information of the servo motor,this paper designed a hardware interface circuit based on the SCI module of TMS320F28379D to realize the communication with the serial absolute photoelectric encoder TS5700N8501.According to the encoder communication protocol,the encoder response signal was read and the rotor position was obtained,and a method of motor rotation direction judgment and speed calculation was proposed.The experimental results show that the designed circuit is reliable and the software algorithm is feasible.It can correctly detect the rotor position,motor rotation direction and speed information of the motor.The data has good real-time performance and meets the needs of servo motor control.
