摘    要:结合高压配电网自身的建设需求,考虑配电网最终的规划目的,建立了即可用于配电网现状评价也可用于配电网建设项目评价的评价方法。首先在网络分析方法的基础上完成各指标的计算,再对配电网现状及项目需求进行评价,结合各待选项目的空间分布与拓扑关系确定最优先的项目,最后遵循动态规划的思想,根据项目选择结果更新配电网现状,进行新一轮的评价与选择。使用基于NetworkX包编写的程序对实例进行了计算,验证了方法的实用性。本方法考虑了在建项目及已安排项目对配电网的影响,可以避免投资的重复,对实际规划工作具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Considering the construction demand and planning objective of distribution network, this paper proposes an assessment method that can be used both for present situation and construction project of distribution network. The index are calculated based on the analysis results of network, and then the present situation and project demand are evaluated, the top priority project is determined combining with their spatial position and topological relation. Finally,according to the idea of dynamic programing, the distribution network situation is updated and a new round assessment and decision is made. A program based on Python package NetworkX is written to implement this method on an example, in which the practical value is verified. The proposed method considers the influence of projects under construction and that have already been arranged, which can avoid duplication of investment and provide a reference for practical planning work.
