发电机膛内检测运转平台双电机交叉耦合控制策略

摘    要:针对用于大型发电机膛内检测装置的双电机驱动系统可能存在运动过程不同步而导致系统机械损坏等问题,提出一种将交叉耦合补偿机制应用于双电机闭环控制的优化算法,解决了系统运行过程中两个电机由于位置、转速等不同步而导致的系统震荡甚至损坏。仿真和实验结果验证了该方案的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the dual-motor drive system used in the detection device of large generators may be out of synchronization and cause mechanical damage to the system, an optimization algorithm for applying the cross-coupling compensation mechanism to the closed-loop control of the dual motor is proposed to solve the system During operation, the system vibration and even damage caused by the unsynchronized position and speed of the two motors. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.
