摘    要:工程机械回转机构能量回收主要通过外接元件的方式进行,系统复杂。新型四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达提供了一种简化系统的解决方案,具有双进油口独立驱动柱塞马达的特点。对新型四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达在单动力源驱动工况下设置多种变量进行讨论,并分别分析马达柱塞腔压力-流量特性、油液脉动特点、马达输出轴扭矩转速变化规律和油口D加载工况下新型马达的各项特性。研究成果可以为项目样机试制、配流盘结构优化及样机在该工况下调试提供有效的理论支持。

Abstract:At present,the energy recovery of rotary mechanism of construction machinery is mainly carried out by external components,and the system is complicated.The new four assignment window axial piston motor is used in construction machinery to recover and reuse energy,which can simplify the system.The piston motor has two oil inlets,which can drive the plunger motor independently.In this paper,we have discussed the axial piston motor under the single power source driving condition,and multiple variables are set simultaneously.The characteristics of the plunger cavity pressure-flow,the pulsation of oil flow in plunger chamber,the motor output shaft torque-speed variation and the performance of the hydraulic plunger motor under D-port loading condition are analyzed respectively.The research results can provide effective theoretical support for prototype trial-manufacture,valve plate structure optimization and prototype debugging under this working condition.
