摘    要:大功率逆变电源系统故障的形式多样且后果严重,保护系统的准确性和实时性尤为重要。针对级联H桥逆变系统的结构特点,将其划分为交流输入、直流母线和交流输出3个环节,并对各环节可能出现的故障进行了分析。设计了包含硬件保护和基于DSP软件保护的综合保护系统,应用于ITER传感器稳态测试平台高精度电源中。实验结果验证了该综合保护系统的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The failures in a high-power inverter power supply system is diverse, which will lead to serious consequences. Therefore, the accuracy and real-time performance of protection system are particularly important. According to its structural characteristics, a cascaded H-bridge inverter system is divided into three links, i.e., AC input, DC bus, and AC output. The possible failures at each link are analyzed, and an integrated protection system including hardware protection and software protection based on DSP is designed, which is further applied to a high-precision power supply for an ITER sensor steady-state test platform. Experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the integrated protection system.
