永磁同步电机端盖模态分析及结构拓扑优化

摘    要:为解决新能源车用永磁同步电机端盖振动引起电机噪声的问题,将电机端盖建立等效数字化物理三维模型,利用有限元分析软件对端盖模型进行振动模态分析。通过模态分析得到端盖的计算模态及模态振型并采用轻量化设计方法对电机端盖进行结构拓扑优化;通过对比端盖优化前后的计算模态及模态振型,证明优化后的端盖在保证端盖刚度的前提下,可以有效提高电机端盖的模态频率并减小端盖振幅,远离与电机发生共振的频率范围,对车用永磁同步电机的结构设计有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:To solve the problem for permanent magnet synchronous motor end caps vibration caused by noise,the motor end cover equivalent physical 3 d digital model was set up,finite element analysis software was used to analyze the vibration mode of the end cover model.The calculated modes and modal shapes of the end caps were obtained by modal analysis,and the structure of the motor end caps was topological optimized by means of lightweight design method.By comparing the calculated modes and modal modes before and after the optimization of the end cover,it can effectively increase the modal frequency of the motor end cover and reduce the amplitude of the end cover,and it is far away from the frequency range of resonance with the motor,which has certain reference value for the structural design of permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicle.
