摘    要:材料在使用过程中经常会因为磨损和腐蚀而导致失效,采用表面改性技术制备涂层来改善材料的耐磨性和耐蚀性是一种经济、高效的方法。由于金具有低剪切强度、化学稳定性好和自润滑作用等优点,在涂层中引入金可以显著改善材料的耐磨性和耐蚀性。综述了含金耐磨耐蚀涂层目前主要的制备方法、金的润滑机理、金提高涂层耐蚀性的原因及其影响因素等,并对涂层的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Materials gradually fail due to abrasion and corrosion during use. It is an economical and efficient method to prepare coating by surface modification techniques to improve the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of materials. Due to the low shear strength, good chemical stability and self-lubricating of Au, the introduction of Au into the coatings can significantly improve the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of materials. The main preparation methods, the lubrication mechanisms and the reasons for improving the corrosion resistance of Au were reviewed, and the development direction of coatings were also summarized.
