摘    要:为了研究电动汽车在极限行驶时,车用永磁同步电机的温度分布和变化规律,提出一种极限变工况的概念。建立了电机全域温度场计算模型,采用有限元法计算了该电机在单工况下的三维温度场,并通过与台架试验数据对比,验证了仿真模型和计算结果的准确性;再对样机在极限变工况下运行时进行温度场仿真计算,得到了电机在极限变工况下的温升特性。

Abstract:To study the temperature distribution and change law of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in vehicles during extreme driving, a concept of extreme variable operating conditions was proposed. In order to calculate the temperature field, a model of the motor as a whole was established, and the three-dimensional temperature field of the motor under a single working condition was calculated by the finite element method, and the accuracy of the simulation model and calculation results was verified by comparing with the bench test data;then, the temperature field simulation calculation of the motor was carried out when the motor was operating under extrem variable conditions, and the temperature rise characteristics of the motor under extreme variable conditions are obtained.
