自轴承式双定子实心转子盘式异步飞轮电机设计

摘    要:自轴承式双定子实心转子盘式异步飞轮电机(DSSRAFIM)具备双定子盘式电机与实心转子异步电机的结构特点,基于其结构特点,研究了该电机的设计方法。为将DSSRAFIM内三维分布的电磁场等效为二维分布,采用了改进的分环法,将其等效为一系列宽度相等、长度递增的双初级钢次级直线电机。通过建立双初级钢次级直线电机模型,分析实心转子厚度、气隙长度等关键尺寸参数对DSSRAFIM运行性能的影响。且分析得到了轴向磁拉力、电磁转矩与定子电流的关系,研究表明该电机除提供稳定转矩外,还能同时提供稳定可控的悬浮力,实现自轴承运行。

Abstract:Dual stator solid rotor axial flux induction motor integrates the structural characteristics of axial flux induction motor and solid rotor induction motor. This paper analyzes the construction of this motor in details, and put forward the design approach on the basis of the construction. The electromagnetic flied distribution in the DSSRAFIM is 3D, to simplify the electromagnetic flied analysis difficulty, an improved multi-slice method is applied. By this method, the electromagnetic filed in the double primary steel secondary linear induction motor can be equivalent to the electromagnetic filed in the DSSRAFIM. Based on the electromagnetic field distribution,this paper analyzes the operation performance of DSSRAFIM. And the results show that DSSRAFIM can offer steady axial suspension force and electromagnetic torque.
