摘    要:内置式永磁同步电机转矩波动的存在影响电机系统的控制精度,因此如何减小电机转矩波动一直是研究热点。针对具有隔磁桥结构的内置式永磁同步电机,本文提出了一种减小内置式永磁电机转矩波动的空气隔磁槽优化设计方法,即以降低电机转矩波动为优化目标,以空气隔磁槽结构几何参数为优化变量,基于Taguchi法实现了内置式永磁同步电机低转矩波动设计。在此基础上,对优化前后电机空载和额定负载工况进行了有限元仿真对比分析。结果表明,所提出方法可以在保持额定输出转矩不变的前提下有效降低电机空载齿槽转矩和负载转矩波动,提高电机的性能。

Abstract:The control accuracy of the motor system is affected by its torque ripple. How to reduce the torque ripple of the motor has always been a research focus. Aiming at the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with magnetic bridges, an optimization design method of air flux barrier to reduce the torque ripple is proposed in this paper. Taking the reduction of torque ripple as the optimization objective and the geometry parameters of the air flux barrier as the optimization variables, the low torque ripple design of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized based on Taguchi method. On this basis, the finite element simulation of no-load and rated load conditions of the motor before and after optimization is compared and analyzed. The results show that the no-load cogging torque and load torque ripple can be effectively reduced while keeping the rated output torque unchanged by the proposed method, which improves the performance of the motor.
