| 摘 要： | 房地产业作为国民经济的支柱产业对经济增长发挥着越来越重要的作用。利用协整理论和误差修正模型对房地产投资与经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析,结果表明,房地产投资与经济增长之间存在动态均衡关系,适度的房地产投资规模是保证经济可持续发展的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Real estate industry is playing a more and more important role in the economic growth as a pillar industry of the national economy.Uses co-integration and error correction model to analyze the relationship of real estate investment and economic growth,the result indicates that there are dynamic equilibrium relations between real estate investment and economic growth,so appropriate scale of real estate investment is an important factor to guarantee economic sustainable development. |
