| 摘 要： | 喷墨印刷工艺在有机电子制造中应用越来越广泛.通过分析喷墨印刷墨滴半径与铺展后半径的关系,并结合分辨率、喷墨量等参数,导出了聚合物线条宽度和厚度的计算公式.利用显微镜观测喷墨印刷导电聚合物PEDOT/PSS的细微线条,经计算分析表明测量值与计算值基本吻合.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the radius of ink-jet printing drop and spreading radius was analyzed.Calculation formulas of polymer line width and thickness were derived from the parameters of ink-jetting resolution,ink amount,and others.Conductive polymer PEDOT/PSS super-fine line was printed,and the validity of the formulas was verified. |
