紧密纺纱的发展优势及存在问题

对紧密纺的主要类型及纺纱原理进行了分析，指出紧密纺的主要发展优势在于纱线质量好，纺纱厂及其后道工序的经济效益显著，终端产品的档次高、附加值高。但紧密纺也有许多亟待解决的问题，如设备投资大、改造费用高，保养保全费用高和维修工作强度大，空气捻接效果差，对技术人员的要求高等等。因此，我国应尽快研制具有自主知识产权的紧密纺设备，降低设备投资，减少维护成本，稳定纱线质量。在新上紧密纺设备时，要做好经济分析，切忌一哄而上。

Compact Spinning: Advantages and Existing Problems

By analyzing typical types and principles of compact spinning processes, the article points out that the major advantages of compact spinning lies in good quality of the resulted yarn and considerable improvement of cost efficiency of both spinner and downstream producers as well as high quality and high added value of finished products. However, there are some problems demanding solutions, such as high initial investment, high maintenance cost, poor piecing quality and higher requirement on the skill of technicians. The article finally suggests that China should develop compact spinning equipment with own proprietary technology, so as to lower the investment in equipment, reduce maintenance cost and stabilize yarn quality, and at the same time, spinners should make economic analysis before investing in compact spinning equipment, so as to avoid blind investment.
