半轴的表面淬火

针对半轴的多台阶变截面结构,分析了其表面淬火难点。通过对感应加热淬火的分析,提出了采用变参数中频连续淬火方案,经小批量生产验证及切剖检查表明,该方案能得到均匀的淬火层,满足设计使用要求,为进一步满足大批量生产需要,在现有设备的条件下,对该法存在的问题提出了改进设想。

Surface Quenching of Half-shafts

Aiming at the half-shaft structure of multi-step and reduced sections, the difficulties of surface quenching is discussed .It is proposed through analysis on induction heating quenching to use the method of variable parameters, medium frequency and continuous quenching. It is proven after small lot of production tests and cutting checks by using this method, an even quenching layer can be obtained which can meet the requirements of design and application. To meet further mass production demand, the author has proposed an improvement idea to solve the problems in this method under existing equipment conditions.
