单线循环式索道动力学

摘    要:单线循环式索道车斗运行过程的模拟计算,是个几何非线性连续系统的动力分析问题.索道为多跨结构,一个驱动段有时多达40跨以上,而且无彼此完全相同的两跨,这给计算分析造成了较大的困难.本文在作者前段工作的基础上,首先证明了单跨柔索的索形与跨端之一的张力唯一相对应定理.再以这个定理为基础.提出了张力差调整法,把连续多跨索道的动力(或静力)分析变为一系列单跨索道的计算.针对钢索和车斗不断运动的特点,作者提出了不同时刻分别划分单元,用插值法求出 t+△t 时刻的节点在 t 时刻的坐标、速度、加速度.再用 Newmark 法与 Newton—Raphson 法相结合,建立了单线索道动力分析的非线性有限元法.根据上述理论,作者编制了计算机程序,并对一条单线循环式索道进行了动力模拟分析,得出了运行过程中驱动轮两边的张力差、重锤的运动规律、钢索各截面的张力以及索形等一系列参数在不同时刻的变化,也揭示出了一些过去未曾注意到的现象.

Abstract:The computation of cars running on monocable circulating ropeway is a problem of dyn amic ana- lysis for geometrically nonlinear continuous systems.A ropeway is a structure of multispan.Sometimes it has more than 40 spans for one driving section and no span repeats itself,which makes it difficult to analyse.This paper proposes the tension-difference-adjustment method,by means of which the dynam- ic(or static)analysis of the continuous multispan ropeway can be simplified as the analysis for a series of single span ropeways.Considering the cable and cars move continuously,the author proposes a method by which the elements are divided at different instants.Combining the incremental Newmark algorithm with the Newton-Raphson scheme,the paper sets up a nonlinear finite element method for dynamic(or static)on monocable circulating ropeways.According to this method,the author has made a computer program,carried out dynamic analysis for the procedure of cars running on a monocable aerial tram- ways and obtained the changes in a series of parameters.This is a phenomenon which has been neg- lected in the past.
